The golden dish - a fitting translation for our outstanding restaurant. A Restaurant on Majorca, which focuses on regional specialities and never fails to surprise with innovative taste creations under the able leadership of head chef Rafael Sanchez. The wonderfully light and fine-tasting specialities of Spanish cuisine can be savoured in the spacious, grandly designed inner restaurant or also on the outdoor terrace. Our guests can enjoy especially intimate dining in the private room "s'Estaca", which can seat up to 22 people and is located within the restaurant. The superb and diverse wine menu with wines from Majorca and the Spanish mainland is perfectly rounded off with selected bottles from Italy, France and the New World. In additional to the wine, our guests can enjoy such specialities as pasta au gratin with crayfish filling, sea bass with salt crust and braised shoulder of mutton. Our pool restaurant, Flame Pool, with its grand outdoor terrace and its stunning views of the 18th hole of the Son Vida golf course, serves guests light, summery specialities, including a delicious range of tapas, fresh pizzas and our famous paella with sea food or meat. There is nothing better after a successful round on the Son Vida course or of on an evening than rewarding yourself with one or two mouth-watering delights. El Pato, our clubhouse with an indoor capacity of 80 and an outdoor area for up to 50 people, treats guests to international classics prepared by our Swiss head chef Pius Schnider. For a romantic dinner we particularly recommend the beef carpaccio with capellini and white truffle oil or the homemade ravioli with prawn filling and saffron sauce. Monday is the day, on which fans of Swiss cuisine come in their droves. At the theme night "A culinary tour through Switzerland" our guests are whisked away on a journey from Ticino to the River Rhine.
